We are at the Metro and students have been tasked with finding the route to the Bastille now they have been trained on the subway system. At first glance kids said let's walk...then realized the map is not to scale and it's almost 20 km!
Fast Eddie says Smile! You are in Paris - home of Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Versailles and a giant thumb over by La Défense! Have a great trip.....and remember, the milk and water are different in France versus here in North Carolina....so the bread, the pastries, the cheese and the butter are very different and VERY delicious. Try to taste the difference!
