Les Escargots

We stumbled across a special market near the Pont du Gard selling local produce and specialties. The kids were really intrigued with the snail merchant so we bought a plate of 12 for the kids to try. They were very brave and nearly all students tried it. They were surprised to find they liked it! Wyeth had four! The snails were inside the shell stuffed with parsley and garlic butter and thy ate them with a toothpick. We have a really great video ill upload once I back on the wifi at the hotel tonight.
