For dinner we had true Alsatian food, flammenkuches. These are little pizza type things from the northern area of France that borders Germany. Its a thin dough topped with a creamy white sauce and then sautéed onions, bacon , beef and or mushrooms. For dessert - dessert pizzas with caramel, chocolate or apples. Yum!
And yummy green salad with nuts and cheese and bacon!
