Curry Dinner

After our return from the countryside, we headed toward our dinner in the Covent Garden area. Bollywood Stories welcomed us for our own private dinner of curry (chicken or chickpea), rice, and naan bread.

According to the kids, the chickpeas were spicier but better than the chicken. According to the picky eaters, it was all spicy! But I’m proud of all of the kids for trying it. Curry has become a British favorite due to the colonial relationship with India (also the source of many beloved English teas). Dessert was chocolate ice cream.

We are now on our way back to the hotel for a relatively early night via the tube. Tomorrow we will have our guided bus tour of London and also head toward Windsor.
