Transfer to Bologna and Florence

It’s back in the bus this morning for our transfer to Bologna and Florence. Very early morning, with Bus 2 having breakfast at 7am and Bus 1 at 7:30, but that will give us more free time at our lunch stop over in Bologna. We’ll have a brief tour there, and some free time to explore. Bologna is home to the oldest university in the world. It’s also home to the origins of our American Bologna, though it was called mortadella in Italy and has been combined with German influence to be what we eat today from Oscar Meyer. 

We have some tired travelers but they are troopers and having a great time!
